Julia was amazing! My lower back excruciating pain when i would get up from work chair. First time in a week i have been able to get up without pain. 2 hours later still good. Pain level went from a 10 to a 1 and maybe less!

As a Florida licensed massage therapist for 30+ years I tend to be critical of therapists who disregard the laws governing the art & science of massage therapy. By law, every person who receives massage therapy in Florida is required to fill out a medical history before therapy, including but not limited to questions regarding their current health & any history of surgeries or medical conditions that may contradict therapy, especially deep tissue body work. Since 2018 I’ve had a partial knee replacement, lumbar fusion/decompression surgery & most recently carpul tunnel revision therapy on both wrists. Not only was I NOT asked to fill out a medical history form, the people who run this establishment speak little or no English! A cardinal sin of massage therapy is to apply any pressure to a clients skeletal system & the “therapist” who worked on me gave me a bone crushing experience that I’ll not soon forget! It has been 2 days since my 90 minute massage & I’m bruised & suffering pain from the appointment. I couldn’t communicate verbally with the woman who massaged me & she ignored my body language when I experienced pain while she applied pressure on my spine & scapulas. I do not recommend this place for “therapy”. I wondered if these people have Florida licenses to practice?!

I love the massage. Would of gave 5 star but it is mandatory 20% tip. I have no problem giving 20% but did not like that I only had $20 in cash so balance of tip was added to the card and was charged $1 more for using a charge card. They should add that to their web site so you know to bring cash.

I’m a person who never gives reviews. There has been many of time I should have but have never taken the time. I lost my message therapist and was in desperate need of help for help to relive my pain. Didn’t know who to go to. Even my friends had no suggestions. Found Tokyo by Goggling. Best Goggle search I ever made. I’m in my 60″s and have many many messages. I can tell you with all honesty that Carrie gave me the best message I have ever had. My pain level was over ten she had me out of pain with in 15 minutes. Can’t express enough how wonderful she was. As long as she is here I will never us anyone else. Thank you Carrie. Will be seeing you soon.
