I got my hair cut a few weeks back here by one of their interns CLAUDIA and she completely butchered my hair. I will NEVER go back. I’m completely SICK. I asked for less than a half and inch and she cut a little more than two off. DONT GO HERE!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Haircut

I LOVE coming to Kara! I think she’s a great stylist, but she was not available for my appointment. I ended up with Claudia. I sat down and told her I wanted a TRIM and we both agreed on about 2 inches. I made it VERY clear that I did not want to loose a lot of length and she agreed 2 inches was a good amount to take off. My hair was right below my boobs….. she drys my hair and it is literally TO MY SHOULDERS that’s about 6-7 inches she took off. I never bash a stylist because I know it’s hard work but LITERALLY check her Instagram she can’t cut a straight line.. that’s probably why my haircut took about 30 minutes of her just sitting there with scissors. I regret paying. For the sake of this salon, which is generally a great place to be. I hope they don’t hire her on full time.

This is a review for Tokros and for stylist Kara Tapp. First, Tokros: the salon is great! I appreciate being able to book online or over the phone. Everyone is always friendly and the salon is a nice space. Secondly, Kara: She’s a fabulous stylist! She’s colored and cut my hair for four years and I have nothing but great things to say. I appreciate how friendly she is and how she always works to go above and beyond for her clients. Lastly, she’s also wonderful with kids – so if your kiddos also need a haircut, take them to see Kara!
