Toi’s mission is to provide a luxurious and tranquil environment so you can de-stress and re-energize. Our staff, technicians, and therapists are devoted to pampering and beautifying you. For your safety, our implements are sanitized using a medical grade autoclave system after each use. Nail flies, buffers, and pedicure liners are disposed after each use. My nails are sp sloppy and tl it is by far not the shape I asked for. The tech didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I asked her to fix my nail shape 4 times and each time she did no different. The acrylic is lumpy and very bulky. And then she put the cuticle oil directly on my polished nail and rubs it in. Nowhere near my cuticle. I’m not pleased at all.

Very disappointed in the service I receive here. I’ve tried different nail techs and for the most part the service is below par. My last service of having a dip was awful. Nail beds were filed down to where I could feel the heat and appeals to not file so much were largely ignored. My last dip here lasted 2 weeks. Cracked and broke off within that time frame. The worst part is that I do not believe the tools used are sanitary. I did not see the files or anything else soaking. The drill bits were dusty and pulled out of a tin box and they painfully drill off my cuticles, so they really should sanitize! The finished product had a lumpy finish and my nails were filed in a strange shape – a roundish, oval that leaned to one side. I have attempted to be patient and try to pair with a decent nail tech, but to no avail yet! In all fairness, Vi is excellent but I’m not sure she still works there.

They have many locations all over south Florida, and if any are like the Coral Springs location, I know this review speaks for all of them. Ever since my first visit I knew I would love it. It’s so clean and well maintained and you can tell that even from the outside, every employee is very nice and pleasant on each visit. They have a variety of colors to choose from, whether you’re getting dip, gel or regular. My nail-tech Emily is the best!! She is so sweet and funny, always very patient and goes above and beyond to make sure I like what I am getting. I would recommend her to anyone for any service. My go to is dip powder and mostly ombré, which Emily always perfects. I am posting a picture of my current Halloween set Emily just did for me! There are many amazing nail artists that work here. Vee is always a great mail tech I have used before, she’s amazing for acrylics and any nail design you want. Nothing is too tough for her she’s great. I haven’t used Kyle before, but I always witness his work while I am with Emily. He does great with dip and gel and he’s very pleasant with all his clients. Basically, no matter who you go to see at Toi spa, you will be happy with your services. Highly recommend toi nail spa. My nail tech was Lina and she did an amazing job on my dip powder set with extensions. Mindy did my polish change on my toes and she was also very sweet and did a great job. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice and accommodating. Acrylic nails

First time coming here and never going back, I called and asked if anything is available they said yes, I told them I was about 20 minutes out (it was 4:13pm) when I called and she said okay I’ll put you for 4:30 (so I’m already going to get there by 4:32) I ended up getting there at 4:42. She told me to pick my color and so I did and then 5 minutes later she tells me sorry we have a 10 minute grace period so we can only do one service hands or feet. So basically for 2 minutes they wouldn’t do both of my PAYING services. GREAT FIRST AND LAST IMPRESSION. They had a warning that I was going to be late and and they never mention a 10 min grace period over the phone

Kim is my go to here! She’s detailed and pleasant… A little bit on the pricier side, but, I don’t mind because of the level of service I always receive. If it’s within your budget, I highly recommend them!
