First time customer and so far so good! I left a different salon because they did a great job but wait times were outrageous even with an appointment. At Toe Paradise they called me to confirm the appointment and were ready and waiting when I got there. Tina was so sweet and did a great job. I never get fancy designs and wouldn’t even know what to ask for but she gave great suggestions and I let her run with it. Will definitely be back!

Yeah…. this is not my first time here and not the first time I have walked out unhappy. They didnt look too bad inside the salon, but upon getting home in different lighting, they are AWFUL. I don’t know why I even wasted my time going back. The last photo is what they looked at for the design I asked for, and this is what I got. Granted, in the photo I showed them, they are acrylics and my nails are a no chip manicure. She filed my natural nails crooked on multiple nails, too far on the sides so I have pain, and I paid 15 bucks for this “design.” The lines aren’t even straight and stop before the edges of my nails! I believe the girl who did them, was named Kimberly. Another lady did the lines…. the overall product I walked out after my $97 experience was this and a basic pedicure. When I called and spoke to manager to have them refund my manicure portion because I left out of town and couldn’t go back, he told me that I will not be refunded and that I could come back and someone else would redo the polish, BUT, READY FOR THIS, HE WOULD CHARGE ME FOR ANOTHER MANICURE due to their time being used. Yes, let me go back to have someone else try to fix this mess on my nails, but charge me again after I explained how awful the manicure was, as well. I’m done with this business. I gave them a fair shot. I wasn’t even going to leave a review until the conversation I had about charging me again. No thanks. I mean, come on! You can literally see the brush strokes on all my nails. Yuck! I

Not even 6 days later with my gel and no chip. They used the UV light on me way to long and it turned my mint polish to an uglyBrown yellow!! Plus it started chipping 2 days after.

I’ve really been very happy with Kim doing my powder dip. She does a great job with removing cuticles. She gets very close to my finger wiith the nail dip so they last longer. She also does a great job in filing and shaping my nails. Dip powder

I went a couple days ago and i got and ombré and two nail designs, i had acrylic nails on before hand that were grown out so i asked for a soak off but she just teared them off. they still charged me for a soak off. when she was shaping my nails she went into my skin and caused my skin to bleed and be sore for days. when i told her that it was hurting all she did was smile, i don’t think she understood what i was saying. i’ve been here many times before but this specific nail tech made my experience very painful. i love this place but that nail tech made me not want to go back with her. overall i spent $85 and $7 extra dollars for a soak off that never happened. my nails are damaged and we’re in so much pain afterwards.
