Really used to love coming here for pedicures. Recently went in to get my nails done in preparation for vacation (I can never have my nails done due to my line of work so this was a special treat). I told the gentleman that I didn’t want no-chip. I didn’t feel I needed it due to the extra cost and short length of time I’d be wearing them, but I was ultimately talked into it because of the speed of dry time. I told him what I wanted and he was unable to do the design requested but another guy could. Due to the dim lighting in the salon and the nude color I chose, I couldn’t see that the original guy working on my nails applied the gel and polish so far from my cuticle that it looked like they needed a fill immediately! The second guy painted the white lines down to the cuticle, almost to try and compensate for the terrible job done before him. There also appeared to be bubbles throughout several of the nails. I sent them a message on their website and after nearly 7 days, they have yet to respond. I also now have a chip in one of the nails. I paid about $55 plus tip for each of them! Overall, I’m very disappointed!

I have 100% loved EVERY service here NOT performed by Vivian Tran. She’s so rude, she doesn’t listen or provide the services requested. The one time she actual cut a single cuticle on my hand, it bled and hurt.

I drove out from pretty far specifically to use a gift card that I received to Toe Heaven with this specific address listed on the back. After receiving a decent mani/pedi I was even considering making the drive again in the future until it was time to pay.

Terrible service. I walked in at 6:10 and have never felt so rushed. She never had me rinse my hands after (what she seemed to call) filing. She only halfway filed them so they aren’t the same length, not smooth at all and are all crooked. She only had my hands in the UV light for the no chip for such a short time that the tips are smudged looking.

Critical: QualityCame with my two sisters, there are nail techs that do great work but I unfortunately had a nail tech that did a bad job. Looks like this person didn’t have much experience. Terrible! If you don’t want to waste your time and money, go somewhere else. They didn’t know how to designs (Lady said she could then when it was time to do them she said “I’m not an artist!”), polish had bubbles and lint, and no care for hands (no oil for cuticles, polish and glue everywhere, etc). Rushed job. Just terrible. Manicure

Tried this establishment out yesterday, for the first time, and absolutely loved my experience. My tech was very patient with me when I was indecisive on a design. She took care of my natural nail, and rebuilt the acrylics I had previously from another nail shop. She was kind, gentle, and very I informational with prices and everything. Will be going back again. Thank you, because you have a new customer
