What I love about Toe Heaven is how spacious and clean it is, in addition to the services provided. Most times when I come in, it is rarely crowded and even if I have to wait, it’s never been more than 10 minutes. The selection of colors, the massage chairs, the friendliness of the staff, all make for an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this business.

do not patronize this business. my gf and her mother had their nails done there and it was a horrible experience. manager is rude with no repercussions and because they took so long on the acrylic set we had to hold off on the pedicures. thank god they did because when she told them 210 dollars WITHOUT tip for the nails they almost fainted. there’s a reason none of their services have POSTED PRICES. the lady in front charges you according to however she feels and you look. come in dressed to the nines and your going to pay double for your work! straight robbery! never again.

I would totally pick a 0 star if I could. The two nail tech were very nice but they absolutely did not know what they were doing. The main lady who I believe tuns the place and gives orders. I was so upset with the work in progress that I just wanted out. I originally wanted a no chip nail polish but once I knew I was going to have to go somewhere else to fix my nail I asked her how much for regular nail polish and she said it was only $10 less. I then asked her to leave them unpolished and she said she would still charge me the full price as if I was getting a no chip mail color because that’s all they offer on acrylic “apparently”! Will never go to this place even again. I’d rather pub in $5 press on nails that pay $55 for trash!!!!

I have been coming here for more than 15 years . Very nice and accommodating . I just had a pedicure today and the extra massage was excellent . I had to switched many colors and they were patience in helping me. A nice place to go . Pedicure

Should’ve read the reviews before Stepping foot in this horrible place. Old lady with glasses was doing my nails for 2 hours. She did a horrible job from the beginning to end. Another lady with glasses had to finish them because I expressed my unhappy I was with them , the shape of my nails was horrible! Every nail looked like it had a different shape, they were super thick , just horrible in every way. I was charged 75 dollars for the worst nails of my life! Now I understand why I never see people in there. Will never return there again.

One of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve personally had. I had a pedicure, which was OK, but the tech obviously did the barely the bare minimum yet kept trying to upsell all the random overpriced “treatments”. Another tech did my gel full set nails, and it was awful. She kept putting way too much of the gel on and getting all over my fingers and under the nail. I originally wanted a simple design but the shape of the nails was awful and after seeing her work I settled for just solid color. The tech cut my fingers TWICE and i bled, she acted like she didn’t notice until I said something. She then proceeded to take her dirty ungloved finger and wipe the blood off and push down on the wounds! I left their mortified. It was an awful experience. I really should not have paid a dime for this terrible service.

Poor service! when I walked outside I noticed the toenail polish was horrible. when I came back and the lady asked me to pay for a polish change after just getting my toenails done. Not to mention the lady asked me to go to the ATM to get cash instead of using my card or I will have to pay additional!
