I emailed to confirm the night before and he said that he had booked someone else for the time of my appointment. I rearranged my schedule to book a different appointment at the time he suggested. I wasn’t very surprised when he texted me the morning of my appointment and cancelled and then said he didn’t have any other availability before my Groupon would expire. Don’t waste your time with this place. I can’t comment on the actual massages but the customer service is lousy. I purchased a Groupon and scheduled a massage.
