Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent here a while back to get my nails removed. The lady wasn’t even there when I got there. She came running in from outside. When she took off my acrylic nails she used what looked like a paint mixer and ripped them off, hurting me quite a few times. I asked if she could file my nails down after cuz they were all flaky, torn up, and sharp. She said no because she would charge me for a manicure if she did. Went here a while back to get my nails removed. The lady wasn’t even there when I got there. She came running in from outside. When she took off my acrylic nails she used what looked like a paint mixer and ripped them off, hurting me quite a few times.
