Visited this place 6 days ago. SIX days. My toes are gel and it’s started chipping. The nails been breaking off left and right, the paint has came off, the shape was always weird, etc.

I asked for a simple gel manicure. The lady didn’t want to do my nails (I guess I wasn’t spending enough money for her) so she sent me to one of the guys. He drilled my nails down so much they were burning. He was very rough. My nails were not smooth at all!! He continued to paint over them anyway. Well this is what I walked out with AND GET THIS they charged me $10 for this. I will never return!!!!! I shouldn’t have paid but I was rushing to get somewhere. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

My girl ANN does her thing!!! EVERY.SINGLE.TIME! I’ve been coming to her for months for My pedicures. She does an absolutely AMAZING job every time. I’m a perfectionist and also a foot model (which she doesn’t even know which makes My experience 100x better because even without knowing My profession, she goes above and beyond and make sure everything is PERFECT, literally!) I Always get acrylic on My big toes and I’m VERY VERY particular about how it’s laid and making sure it looks as natural as possible… she kills it every time! (Pics below)

Had a Real bad experience here Came to this location with the friend for the 1st time had great Reviews about it nails turned out horrible they sat me down and waited for about 8-10 minutes to they started She kept getting up and leaving me with my nails halfway done about 3 to 4 times I understand that they were probably over booked or understaffed but it was not acceptable I told her what I wanted done did not do it she did acrylic nails instead of organic dip They came out shaping wise really messed up spent $55 there for horrible job do not recommend this location. They do have a today’s nail location in apopka area which I go quite often Never have a problem or a wait. And super clean and well staffed too.

I visited Today’s nail today 2/27/2022 and was served by Lisa. She did a great job with my fill but when I mentioned the design was snagging my hair due to the texture of the crystals the Customer Service took a turn for the worst. I was asked not to return even though I stated I would pay for my nails and new design. They even went as far as making me place my PIN number via the card machine to ensure I wouldn’t cancel my payment. Business owners fail to realize we as consumers do not have to support their business as there are 10K other businesses we can support who does better work.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI received a pedicure on Monday at 6 o’clock I didn’t leave the salon until 7:15 PM. I was told my nails were dry and that I can pay and then leave I pay $50 for the service and $20 for a tip. I got home started cooking after cooking I set an eight clean dishes and then went to take a shower I looked down at my feet and my polish was already coming off. I went back this morning and explain that I just got my nails done last night and my nail polish is coming off. I was told I should’ve got gel polish instead of regular polish as regular polish is not guaranteed . They was not willing to fix my nails but then agreed to re-polish them. After sitting for 40 minutes for my nails to dry I was told I didn’t have to pay $10 for the re-polish. And I asked the guy if they were going to charge me more money to re-fix the polish why didn’t I say so and a gentleman just said you pay $10 because we don’t re-polish for free. I received a pedicure on Monday at 6 o’clock I didn’t leave the salon until 7:15 PM. I was told my nails were dry and that I can pay and then leave I pay $50 for the service and $20 for a tip. Today I decided to take a 1/2 day work and get a gel mani pedi; I was very disappointed that I walked at 10:30 and left at 1:30 not because they were late as somethings they are but because they decided to put the slowest person to do both services. As I was sitting for the manicure and the technician 90% done here come the guy the tall ones that sits in the front in the left hand side to take over; why I’m not sure she had already wasted most of my day but this guy ruined the rest with his whole attitude. As a business owner myself his demeanor was un called for. Either way the fell had to be redone I told him to just take it off. Because it wasn’t looking right anyway. The girl sitting in the front who I guess is the decision maker decided to charge me as I had gotten full and complete services; I did not! Any way $85 later no completed manicure due to time and they weren’t worried about keeping customers I guess. I notice they only cater to young clients getting the fillings and artificials.
