I came in and got a pedicure and a rebase and it ended up being 100$ I got way over charged for “designs” (stickers that are coming off already that he attempted a couple times and tore one). Very disappointed and dissatisfied in all aspects.

$50+ gel manicure chipped off in 2 days . Went in to get it fixed , they couldn’t color match my nails , one hand a completely different color than the other with a jagged thumb nail. They’d rather clean the salon than remedy a bad customer service experience. Save your money and go elsewhere . Gel manicures

I went in yesterday to get a rebase on my nails. The younger gentleman was the one who did them. He was not friendly to start with he acted like he was bothered to have to do my nails. Didn’t ask me how I wanted them shaped, none of them are the same length none are the same shape. When I pointed out a crack in my nail while he was filing them he just filed that side more. Now my nail is even more miss shaped and is already cracked. Then he charged me 42.00 for a rebase. He barely put any acrylic on the top while rebasing them. This place use to be a great place to go but I will not go back. I will tell all my friends not to go there.

Do a great job and quick. Kalyn is wonderful. She’s fast but also makes sure my nails are done right and look great. Have had others here do a good job as well but Kalyn is definitely the one I will continue to go to as I’ve been happy everytime she has done my nails and like her attention to detail.

Staff was friendly. Nail service was sub par. Got the “mini manicure” for $11, charged me $16. I sat under the drying UV lights for about 10 minutes and my nails still got totally destroyed after grabbing my wallet out of my pocket. Would not recommend for getting a decent quality manicure.

Because I had plans to get to, I didn’t have the time to sit and tell the lady everything she needed to fix. She got me multiple times with the drill that she had absolutely no control over, it kept sliding off my nail tearing up my skin. I think one of my fingers may be infected from the cuts. I wanted her to draw straight lines on my nails to make them look like candy canes and the lines are anything but straight. My thumb nails look disgusting because they look like a rectangle with the longer part being the end of the nail. Also none of them are the same length.If you expect people to pay $70+ for this I expect you to know what you’re doing, after all I know the majority of you have been doing this for years, so you know about DORA and you know your drills and equipment need to be cleaned. I got my nails done here for my birthday yesterday. Because I had plans to get to, I didn’t have the time to sit and tell the lady everything she needed to fix.
