Just moved in this area and wanted to try a new salon. I loved the customer service and appreciated being seated as soon as I arrived for my appointment. The lady doing my nails was very nice and I didn’t feel rushed. However about 15 mins in another lady came up and started processing my nails while the other finished my feet. Everything felt so rushed. Once my feet where done, the lady doing my nails took me to her station. She started off very rough with the drill removing my previous gel and was harsh on my cuticle until I said something and she turned it down. She asked about GEL and I said yes. Its now been over a week and a half, my nails are chipping. My husband even could tell it had been rushed because the polish was bubbled and sheer. Will continue my search for a new nail salon.

I had a good experience here! This is typically where I get my nails done on the rare occasion I do. The service has definitely improved since my last visits. I called and made an appointment and was immediately sat when I got there. Nails were done in a timely manor and even minor mistakes were fixed very quickly. Definitely will continue to get my nails done here.

Mike is extremely rude and will tell you not to come back if you don’t like your nails. My sister and I went in and I got a full set and pedi and wanted the same color polish. They put pink on my nails and a reddish color on my toes. When I asked to correct it they got mad and started talking about me complaining. I was so nice about it. A few days later my sister goes back in for a service and mike confused her with me and said she complained the last time she was there and flipped out and told her not to come back. My sister spent way more money than I did there. They lost 2 really good clients. I have a business of my own and if my clients don’t like my work or isn’t happy. I correct it!!! People just want what they pay for!! It’s not that hard to take constructive criticism and learn from it!!

Usually I’ve had good experiences but today I got someone other than the nail tech who usually does my nails and eyebrows. The tech that did my nails was rude and the girl that did my eyebrows did not listen to what I told her which was just to clean them up so I was left with her thinning my eyebrows too much and even taking a chunk out of one of my eyebrows then when I told her what she did she said she didn’t do it. I asked her who did because I didn’t walk in like that. No compensation was even offered. Customer service sucks. I’ll be finding another nail salon
