Critical: ProfessionalismI have been a loyal customer for YEARS but today was the last day. I made an apt for 4pm. When I came in, the lady gave me a nasty attitude and suggested my apt was for 3:30. I know I made it for 4pm. She yelled at me in front of the everyone in the salon for allegedly being “late”. In front of everyone in the salon. The women doing pedicure even laughed at me while leaving the place after being told to come back in “40 mins..” I felt so upset by the poor professionalism and the lack of respect and human decency. I have been a customer for over 5 years but my family, friends and I will no longer be returning here. You should never treat anyone rudely, as you never know what someone is going through. I have been going to Today’s nail for over 17 years. Always professional, friendly, and accommodating. And their prices are reasonable. Pedicures are so relaxing and a leg massage is what everyone should enjoy after a long week at work. Love this place!

I love that you can count on consistently good quality service. I willingly drive 40 minutes because no one near me compares. I just don’t recommend you walk in. Every time I have, they’ve been booked solid and I have to come back some other time. The color selection is also lacking 🙁 but again, the quality of their service every time makes it worth overlooking those issues. Their pedicures are the best and everyone is super friendly.
