Was over charged me and my daughter paid for extra acrylic she said nails was to thin but yet mine lifted same night if you can see the glue on my nail no complaints about pedicure. I was charged extra because she told me nails weren’t heathy but as you can see the nail lifted and i had to glue it back on. My daughter’s nails( the green ones) were too long and my daughter told her she wanted them the same length as the nails she had previous to those nails. But she basically did her own thing. Both nails were heavy and bulky and poorly done. They cracked and chipped the same night. The best experience out of the nail salon was the pedicure. I give to them their social and customer service skills are great, they make great conversations, but the actual nail doing process is lacking. And i still have residue from the nails i had before around my nails.

Not as happy this time around. My tech was friendly and personable, however I feel I was overcharged and my design was very elementary, compared to what I’m used to from here. Not sure if pricing has increased, I couldn’t find anything online to verify or not. Overall not a horrible experience, however, I will ask for a different tech in the future !

This nail salon is the best! They always take care of you and give you exactly what you ask for! I’ve been coming here for years because the staff are fantastic and friendly! I feel like they are part of my family now. They always have the latest trends available as well. They take walk ins as well as appointments, and even through COVID we’re extremely accommodating. The salon is relaxing and so are the services! Highly recommend!

This business should be rated lower, If you let them know how you want your nails your starting trouble. My nails were not done right so I said something and now I am the problem, this business will never ever receive my business anymore, they had a instant attitude when I showed them my nails not being fully covered. They first said they would do it over than the man was so unprofessional with attitude gave me my money back which I was happy because I wouldn’t want them to work on my nails ever again. It wouldn’t hurt by being nice but they wasn’t, the guy and girl actually ganged up on me. I wasn’t going to leave a comment but I wanted other paying customers to know if they go here beware.
