Critical: ProfessionalismThey happen to have very bad customer service and like to embarrass their clients. I had a newborn baby, got a babysitter to get my powder nails off, confirmed my appointment before hand and when I got there I was told that they don’t have time for me and that my apt was never made. The manager Angel cut me off multiple times telling me that I never made an appointment and they have no time for me, not even letting me speak. They are extremely annoying to deal with (this isn’t the first time this happened and I’ve seen it happen to other people as well) and frustrating when they waste your time and don’t even apologize.Good thing there are other great salons in great neck. They happen to have very bad customer service and like to embarrass their clients. I had a newborn baby, got a babysitter to get my powder nails off, confirmed my appointment before hand and when I got there I was told that they don’t have time for me and that my apt was never made. The manager Angel cut me off multiple times telling me that I never made an appointment and they have no time for me, not even letting me speak. Critical: ProfessionalismI had a gift certificate for her salon for a simple manicure. It was slightly expired. The salon was closed that year mostly due to COVID. They refused to accept the gift certificate. The salon was empty I would have given a Hefty tip. Their loss! Soooo mean!! Now that I see the other reviews I know that I am not the only one. I had a gift certificate for her salon for a simple manicure. It was slightly expired. The salon was closed that year mostly due to COVID. They refused to accept the gift certificate.
