Very poor customer service , older lady gave me attitude and didn’t expect me to say anything back. They charge extra for stuff that wasn’t even done right ! Right after she painted my nails she put on my sandals and messed up the polish ! Then said it was my fault and she didn’t even let my polish dry she just wanted me out . I just moved out here and I obviously found this place by good reviews but all honestly I will NEVER come back ! Rude employees looking at my feet and talking in their language so disrespectful!

Definitely not for me. I’ve gone here three times, just to be fair. First time my youngest daughter and I got a mani, wasn’t good. Our nails chipped the next day. Second time went in with my eldest daughter to get a full set, nope it was a fail again. Our nails were very lumpy. Third time, again went in with my eldest daughter, only because place across the center was closed and we needed a pedi. And yeah fail again. Following day I had to cut my toenails because the man left really sharp edges on them and they were hurting me.

Changing my review because my cuticles are burning as I’m typing this. The person who did my nails was rough, she cut me with her drill file and my French tips are so uneven. I can’t even. Never going back. Waste of 50 dollars.

The end results and service was amazing. The women who did my pedicure was great, attentive, and made my feet amazing again after them being neglect for so long. I would recommend having an appointment but yes you still might have to wait and that’s okay because their quality of work is up and beyond. First time coming here and had a great experience. First off, it was clean and I saw they were very sanitary. The shop itself is very inviting and bright with tons of nail polishes, dips, and gel polishes. I walked in for a pedicure and had to wait but I did not mind because it was not long. I would go here alot but saw they have favorite customers they prioritize. I waited 1hr 45mins to get my nails done and they still didn’t see me when I had an appointment and others did not it or had later appointments. I left and will never go there again. Lost my business.
