I really wanted to like this place but I left highly unsatisfied. They get busy so I wasn’t expecting them to drop everything to cater to me. All I wanted was the nails I requested. I showed one of the ladies a picture of what I wanted and she said I would have to get acrylic to get the look. I said ok. The woman who did my nails was someone else. I showed her the same picture and said that’s what I wanted. She told me I should get gel instead because my nails are already long. I asked if she could still do the nails I wanted with gel. She said yes. She did my nails. I asked about the white (that was lacking) on the tips. She started to get confused so I showed her the picture again. She said that it was done with powder and they don’t do that there. I. Asked. If. You. Could. Do. Them. Like. The. Picture. You. Said. Yes. What the heck happened? I rarely get my nails done because I always leave unsatisfied but thought I’d treat myself because I was tired from a long work week.

I’d been going to this shop for 17 years. There was nothing wrong with the way my nails were done…I L♡VED how my nails looked and how long they lasted. However, I learned several of the women working there (including the woman who did my nails for the whole 17 years) were saying many extremely unkind things about me, in a language I don’t know or understand. As I was leaving, as it turned out for the last time, another operator came out with me. In tears, she begged me not to return. She told me what was said and how long it had been going on. She also pointed out to me that almost all the customers I’d seen over those 17 years had stopped coming in…and she was right! Nobody has to tell me something like this twice. After going to this shop every three weeks for 17 years, I had to find another place to go.

SO grateful for this place. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is a-mazing. I needed a full set and pedicure for my upcoming cruise and the women in this shop took great care of me. Not only was I impressed by the quality job done on my hands and feet….I instantly felt comfortable and at home. We shared conversations, laughed, and their patrons of over 10+ years spoke very highly of the women. They’ve been at this location for 20+ years and have clients that have been with them for 17+ years. Unlike most shops, I’ve been told by fellow patrons that all of the nail techs do quality work….which speaks a lot to their work ethic and the dedication they have to their craft. I am definitely happy with my results and cruise ready. Thanks ladies.

The girls are sweet but the shapes been lacking, the gel polish ALWAYS peels. I paid $40 for rhinestones that fell off the next day, bad attempt at ombre with glitter gel polish and did not listen or understand to how I wanted them painted

I have been going to this shop for 17 years. Never have I had a nail lift in back or contracted a fungus. Price seems to be one of the least pricey. I was considering a shop a little closer to home, but after viewing their prices and less than stellar reviews, I’ll stay put!

Nothing fancy weird place, nobody in there till about 1130 then starts filling up I don’t know what .nail polish selection is awful very few and what is there is cracked and old, technician was nice enough dont know if this was a one off but for a shop to open at 930 and only 1 person till 1130 but for a Saturday morning with no one in the shop I would give it another try just for that
