My experience here was the absolute worst and downright painful. The woman that did my nails was extremely nice but she doesn’t know how to do nails. As you can see from the pictures, the simple polish job was just sloppy. My nails are awfully shaped and she didn’t apply the coat well enough (you can see where the white tip of my nails begin under the coat.) They had to switch techs for that design (and it’s all smeared) and the tech that did the design was so rude and aggressive. My poor cuticles were absolutely butchered. And when they got nail polish on my skin, rather than use nail polish remover to take it off, they proceeded to FILE IT OFF and PINCH and SCRATCH it off. Never coming here again.

Please make sure you apply enough coat people’s nails and toes. You’re quick to charge almost 100 dollars but don’t wanna put enough polish on I had to say something. I don’t think I’ll be back…. Shame on you guys you guys gotten worse since Kathy left. WORD OF ADVICE 1 COAT OF NAIL POLISH DOESN’T DO ANYTHING…… I WONT BE BACK

The people were really cool once you got sat down, very down to earth. Nice to talk with local owners. But it was the worst massage action- she just ground in the pumice scrub into the same spot on my lower legs, not even my feet and not even the whole circumference of my legs. My calluses were just as present when I got back home. The polish is still in place, but it was only 4 days ago. Also, she hurt me cipping my toes twice.

Ask for Kathy she is the best been a customer for over 15 years…. She is really good with freestyle design. Try her new acrylic. It’s a natural pink color. I love when she does my nails. Kevin is the bomb at pedicures.

I was seated right away which was nice, but my nails are not the same length nor the same shape. I had acrylic on my fingers and it has been 10 days since I got them done and 1 is already coming off. They are super thin too which does not help. I will never be going back.
