Lady charged $17 for a regular kid’s polish. No clip, no trim, nothing. Just slapped polish on there and said $17. I’ve been there several times it was $7-$9. Please go to Glamour Nails orLong Nails or inside the mall for fair pricing.

I have came here numerous times to get my eye brows waxed. The staff is always do a great job on my eyebrows. I am giving them a two stars today because I came in at 5:50 PM. Today I decided to to get full service: a basic manicure, deluxe pedicure, and eyebrow wax. I waited until 6:30 PM and I was finally called back to the chair. I was asked what services I wanted and I was rudely told that I could ONLY get the pedicure because they close at 7 PM. I had already waited and really needed my feet done so I stayed. I had to check with the owner to see if I could get my eyebrows waxed and he said yes. I am not happy at all about only getting 2 of my services. Unfortunately, this will be my last time coming to this establishment.

Critical: QualityFirst pedicure since Covid. Was looking forward to it so much. Oh where do i start?Didn’t ask me how short i wanted my nails cut.Had me sit in the chair as far forward as possible to make it easier for him, nothing against my lower back, now it hurts.Used different nail color than I picked.Paid for the $48 pedicure bc i was looking forward to the extra massage time and hot rocks. Hot rocks were buffed on my feet for 8 minutes and my legs were buffed for 2 minutes with hot oil.Yes. I said buffed bc then you apply very little pressure and rub VERY fast, it is not a massage.It took everything i had to pay my bill AND leave a tip and not walk out crying of utter disappointment.First pedicure since Covid. Apparently the lady who does waxing didn’t like by my original eyebrow shape, which only needed cleaning up. She scalped me and it took months to get back my shape. I literally cried in the car before I could even drive away. I will NEVER let them touch me again and honestly I was offended on a personal level.
