I’m from TN, and I came to see my friend for the weekend. We decided to get out nails done. Honestly, I will never go anywhere else. These ladies are hilarious. I was entertained the whole time. Every other nail salon I go to the don’t even speak to me. I had a bubble in one of my nails and as soon as she noticed it she fixed it. They did cut up with customers but it was in English so everyone knew what was being said…it was also in good fun. If you don’t have a good sense of humor go somewhere else, but if you want good time and good service go there.

DO NOT GO HERE! So first visit they didn’t even give me the manicure I asked for. And they put a design on it that I clearly asked for them not to. The second time I visited they were rude to my mother who had a stroke and has a hard time talking. I said I would never go back. After a year of not going, my daughter has a dance and it was last minute, I called and they said that it was stupid I was calling the day of for an appointment and that they could do it at 4:30. I took her and they said “ummm no”. So that was it. 3 chances and I will make sure to tell everyone not to go there.

After reading so many terrible reviews I’d just like to say I love Today Nails! I’ve gone there now for over 3 years. Great atmosphere. The owner is very kind and I cut up with and laugh with her and the others every time. I recommend you make an appointment because they stay pretty busy. Give them a chance before you believe every review..some can never be pleased.

Today’s Nails has always been right in my home town. I have tried them several times but eventually started going into Boone NC. The travel isn’t far but was inconvenient. Today’s Nails is right by my work and close to my home. This allowed the perfect time for me to get my nails done after a rough day at work and still be able to go home to cook dinner. Kim has a nice personality. She takes the time to ask how you are and listens great even if she doesn’t care. Kim has been doing my SNS Nails for about two months. I’ve not once been unsatisfied in this time period. Kim always makes sure that I like the color before starting and even after completed. I believe that our locals should try to support the businesses we have in the county before going outside.

Possibly the worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. The owner did my toes and the paint is streaky, lumpy and has bubbles. Her brother did my gel manicure and the results are the same – it looks like my ten month old daughter did it. I was also left to soak for thirty minutes while the owner met with the credit card terminal repairman. I feel like she could have had another technician take care of me instead of sitting there listening to them talk about settling the batch at the end of the day.
