Nail tech watched her phone propped in the corner of her station during the entirety of the manicure. Not appreciated since she was using a drill on my fingers. She also filed my nails after applying polish, immediately scuffing and raising the polish from the edges of my nails. The UV light machine was grimey under my fingers–it doesnt seem like they clean their equipment regularly. I still tipped 20%, but I would not recommend them.

Friendly technicians and owner, but I questioned the cleanliness. While doing my manicure, the nail tech accidentally clipped my cuticle. It bled and kept bleeding, but that’s no big deal— it happens.

New the area and am glad to have found this location. Trish is amazing and the staff is always super nice and welcoming. They are my natural nails. I usually get a refill either in 3 weeks or once a month. I get acrylic with no tips and gel polish.

Big, spacious and clean. I got a gel pedicure and I wasn’t super thrilled with the end result. After I left , within an hour the polish on my pinky toe came off completely. The owner was nice but I don’t think ill be going back. For as much as a gel polish pedicure costs I expected a little better quality paint job and for the polish to not come off an hour after application.

My bestie and I have been coming here for over a year and I can say they are EXCELLENT! The provide great care and are quick. I love that it’s close to my house and have no problems getting an appointment. Thanks Mya and Shayla for the BOMB pedicures. We get gel polish and it hasn’t chipped or anything.

My sister and law and I went here in April 2021 and it was great. But went back in Jan 2022 and not so much. We got pedicures. The person doing mine was on the phone half the time booking appointments while doing my nails. The person doing my sister in law dug into her cuticle so much she said ow out loud and asked what was happening. We did regular Polish not gel. Waited an hour for them to dry but they didn’t. Wore the fake flip flops out in 10 degree weather to drive home. Waited another hour at home for nails to dry had to get on with the day. Put on socks which were ruined and had to take Polish off. Sister in law got an infected toe. Called for a refund. Got only $25 of $65 back. Very disappointing. Would not recommend and will not go back.

Went there a few weeks ago for a pedicure. Did the basic nail polish they say it would take a little longer to dry than gel but was fine to wait for them to dry. Went with my sister in law for a fun pedi shopping day. The lady doing my SIL was on the phone most of the time juggling a pedicure and writing down appts. The lady doing mine dug into my big toes way too much and I said ow and she was like that hurts? Yes pls stop. We waited for our toenails to dry for an hour and they were still not dry. I asked the lady at the front and she said they are not drying because of the weather but I said they were sticky and they don’t seem like they will dry. She would not even come and check them. So there went our shopping day so we went home waiting for them to dry some more and hour later not dry. Nail polish never takes over 2 hours to dry. No one would ever do it then. Had to finally put socks on to drive home and all the nail polish came off on my socks. Next day my big toe was infected. So had to go out and buy $40 worth of creams and meds to heal it. Called for a refund and only gave us $25 back. Will never go there again nor recommend them to anyone.

The salon is super nice and spacious. The best set of acrylics I’ve ever had done! Kevin and his wife own the salon and extremely personable and fun. Kevin is great with people. Booked an appointment this afternoon for my daughter to get a balance. I will never go anywhere else now for nails or nail services!
