Enjoyed a couples’ massage and full body treatment with Robert and Rosemary for our honeymoon. It was our first spa experience and certainly not our last! We left feeling relaxed and well-taken care of during our services and by the receptionists. Everyone was so kind in answering all of our questions, teaching us about the benefit of massage and spa services, and even gave us some local restaurant recommendations for dinner.

They treated me like a million bucks! First they had me change into a super soft robe and slippers and while I waited I sipped a tea. My massage was amazing, my facial was better than expected. I walked out feeling comfortable without makeup for the first time in a long time. It was on the pricier side but worth it for me. The only part I wasn’t a huge fan of was my masseuse talked the entire massage and I would have preferred a more quiet atmosphere.

Great service and Sandy was super nice. My fiance and I got manicures and pedicures and she was wonderful. She even offered advice on how we could do some care at home. Definitely recommend. Everyone was very attentive offering us water.

Massage was lovely but the manicure was awful. The woman who did my nails had chipped off polish and dirt under her nails. Perhaps my standards are too high but if you are going to be providing a service to a persons hands/nails, you should have the courtesy to at least look presentable to your client. My manicurist rushed through my appointment and seemed irritated that she had to remove my gel polish despite me indicating this when I made my appointment 1 month prior. My sister had a pedicure that looked like a 5 year old did it. Very sloppy. Overall, be wary about booking nail services at this spa as they are not the best and extremely overpriced.

My fiancé and I went here for a Swedish body massage and it was amazing!! Hannah checked us in and gave us some cucumber water, then our providers came out to greet us. We had never had a massage before and I’m glad this was our first experience. I had Lucinda (I think that was her name) She explained everything to me before we got started then it was 50 minutes of relaxation. We both felt like a million bucks when we left. It was the perfect activity for our engagement weekend. The whole staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcome. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Tapatio Cliffs!

Extremely overpriced and the quality of service is not as good. A simple pedicure that did not even last 3 days cost me 100 dollars. Why? Because it was so thick that got smushed after 7 hours when I finally wore shoes and I had to play another 35 for them to reapply the poliah on 3 of my toes

Overall was great. Allison (RMT) was amazing. I went for a massage and because of my pain symptoms she recommended a gel and put it on which helped. I ended up buying the gel after. She was very helpful, kind, and informative. She used techniques that other RMT have not used and I found it effective!

Very friendly staff! When my wife and I arrived for our appointment, they couldn’t find the reservation but the made sure to get us in only 30 mins after our scheduled time. While we waited they gave my wife a complimentary facial and I was shown the bar in the restaurant next door and offered a couple drinks on the house. Overall they made every effort to make up for a mistake and we will be coming back in the future.
