I’ve been tanning here off and on for years. I love it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to tan. My only concern is that it says they are open until 7:00 but they are really only open until 6:30 and can’t take you after 6:00. I work until 5:30 and then have to get my son from school so I’d never make it before 6:00. If they would open back up until 7:00 it would be perfect. Right now I feel like I’m not able to get my money’s worth

Leah is the most positive person. I go there just to see her. She makes sure everything is clean and tidy. She is excellent in customer service and polite when she doesn’t have to be. She is informative and tells you exactly what you need. She will never let you burn and knows exactly how the beds work and wattage. Her product knowledge is the best and trustworthy.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI was told my total was 27.00 dollars. Later when i check they charge me 33.50. Mind you this was for 1 stand up tan eye protecters an 1 use Lotion. The eye goggles was 5.00 dollars she said. That’s a Rip off. Most places provide eye protection for a dollar and single use lotion for 3.00 dollars max. All that aside why was i told my total was 27.00$ Then charged 33.50That seems an awful lot of money for 1 tan that didn’t even show up. I stopped in for a single session for the lowest level bed. It was only $6! I had the most friendly service I have ever received from a tanning salon. The bed and room was super clean and I even got a piece of candy on my pillow! They also have a great selection of lotions.

I have been a loyal client of this salon for over 10 years. I bought a package of 10 visits. In all of these years I have never been told my visits have expired until today. I had 3 left worth a whopping $18. Brandys mother informed me they had expired. I said what I had no idea they expired. Her reply was yes I’ve heard that a lot. So what do U want to do? My initial reaction was anger. But I went ahead and paid for a single visit and while I tanned I thought. When I walked out I was no longer angry but was more shocked. I explained to her how long I had been a loyal client to that salon. And not because I didn’t have other options, or because she’s the cheapest around and sure as heck not because she’s the closest to me as I live in grand island approx 20 miles away. I have been loyal because I like the Salon and the owner. And her reply was “I’m just doing what I’m supposed to” .. I like using independent local businesses because the service is usually more personable and the owners can make decisions based on what’s best for their customers and their business. You don’t get the typical box store standard answer of “I’m just doing what I’m supposed to” I didn’t want anything for free I simply wanted what I paid for! For $18 dollars she just lost a very loyal long time customer. I’m still in disbelief!

The tanning beds are great, BUT…The Monday- Friday employee is the rudest person I have ever met. There aren’t many tanning beds in that area so it was deal with her or don’t tan at all. I’m glad I moved out of state!
