Let’s start with the high cost….. it’s more than most, and nothing to justify the cost besides being the only tanning salon in town. The beds are not well maintained, most of them don’t work and the ones that do consistently have bulbs are out and take weeks to replace if not months. Now on to the owner. Be prepared for your monthly $ draft to be taken out but never really know when they will be open because their hours change weekly if not daily oh and they are not open on the weekends but your monthly eft price never changes!!! You are lucky if they are open more than 5 hours a day in the middle of the day a 5 days a week. Yes she is short handed but she has had multiple people apply and offer to work there yet she won’t hire anyone. Don’t you dare question the hours for what you are paying or express your frustrations because she will just attack you online and then block you from the facebook page which may I add is the ONLY way to know when they are open. Complaints come with every business; you don’t trash them for questions or being frustrated and yet still taking your money. My heart breaks for the one employee she does have that has to deal with the frustrations of all the customers.

I was here for business and ran into this place going b2b sales. I decided to use this service. I have an important date this weekend. Amanda was very helpful in in assisting me and helping me pick the right tanning lotion. The beds are awesome too I’m used to Planet Fitness. This place is awsome!

I paid for a whole month and didn’t get to tan. Their hours are Very inconvenient! Everytime I go it was closed. Then when I went to tan she told me I had a balance??? I was like what??? It’s the most horrible experience with a tanning membership I’ve ever had! Wow

Positive: Cleanliness, QualityThe beds at this location are great! I have never been in a tanning bed that I didn’t sweat in, until now! The super beds here have amazing built in fans and a mister. The people up front are friendly and very helpful!Service: Tanning

Critical: ProfessionalismThis place is horrible when it comes to customer service. I have a $100 a month membership which includes tanning and unlimited spray tan. Which I just tried to use it but was told they will be out of solution for the tanning machine until next week. So I asked if I will be getting a refund for not being able to have access to it. So instead of having a civil conversation with me I was asked to leave and the person called the police on me! For what? I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life. I was just wanting compensation for my monthly dues for services I was not getting. Wow! This place is horrible when it comes to customer service. I have a $100 a month membership which includes tanning and unlimited spray tan. Which I just tried to use it but was told they will be out of solution for the tanning machine until next week. So I asked if I will be getting a refund for not being able to have access to it. I had tanned here maybe 3 times since June. When I went to cancel my subscription I did not realize that I just “froze” my account. I understand that was my mistake. However, it’s November and an automatic withdrawal of $50.00 came out of my account with no email, text, or courtesy reminder. I called to try and get that refunded and cancelled. They were very rude about it and not willing to help at all. I will never go tanning here again due to the rude customer service. I was very disappointed. It’s a hard year for everyone I get that but, it doesn’t mean you get to be rude about it. They basically told me sorry nothing we can do.

For a small town salon this one is great. It’s a little overpriced compared to the chain salons but for the convenient location I’ll pay the extra bit! Plus the sweetest girls work there!
