I recently got my hair done by Ashleigh for the first time and it was by far the best customer service and end results I have ever received in a salon. She was communicative the entire time which made it enjoyable as I am an outgoing person. This is important to me especially during services that take several hours. I got my hair done in vivid colors including a full strip from vivid colors already in my hair. She transformed my hair to a complete 180 from its original colors and they are more bright and beautiful than before. I am so unbelievably happy with how my hair came out and I will absolutely be back for my colors and other services she provides. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing hair stylist. The other ladies in her salon were so kind and complimentary as well. All in all a really wonderful experience.

I have never been so upset with a service provider. First thing is getting a phone call shortly before my appointment claiming the wax machine was broken. Okay. Reschedule for almost a week later and while in route there was an accident that caused me to be 10 minutes late, This creature would not accommodate me even though SHE is the reason I had to reschedule and be in this situation in the first place. Worst customer service ever.
