I love this place very clean and once you come it they greet you with kindness and respect. I love their new location. Visente is the one that do my nails and I love the detailed they are with the customer. If you do not know what color to pick they Suggest a color with your skin color complex tone to see what colors fit you best. Something that I do not see in other nail salons. I’ve been to ToBe three times now and I’ve had a wonderful experience each visit. I’ve had pedicures, manicures. dip nails, gel nails and nail art. Vincent has been my tech and he does a great job at suggesting things that end up looking great. The nail extensions last over three weeks with no chips or issues and I’m very pleased which the entire salons professionalism as well as their pricing.

Horrible experience. I called to see if they had availability, they said yes come in at 1:30 and we will be ready. They were quick to get me seated however, I was in and out of the chair within 20 minutes with the tech rushing through every step. The lady was extremely rushed, did not have any attention to detail, left fuzz on my nails & tried to paint over it. The polish is see through in places, all over my cuticles in others, not even close to the cuticles and everything in between.

I been coming to Nancy for over a year and a half , her services are amazing she is very friendly and knows what she is doing. I never leave disappointed. I always want to try new ideas and designs and she always gets the right. My new favorite style is the magnetic velvet nails, I was scared to try it first but like always my nails came out amazing. I 100% percent recommend this nail spa.

I got a gel manicure and a pedicure, and it wasn’t the best experience. First off, I wanted a multicolor tip French manicure, and when i tried to explain what I wanted they acted like it was too complicated. So I chose turquoise and called it a day. Fine. The guy did what looked like a fine job. Sat down for the pedi, told the woman 1) not to cut the nails on my big toes, only use the file and 2) be gentle on one of my toes. She went after that toe like crazy, tried to clip it, and mocked me openly multiple times when I said it hurt! My toe ended up super red and I finally told her to stop. She finished the pedicure but it wasn’t great quality and had air bubbles in the shellac. A week and a day later the gel started lifting on 2 nails, and I could easily pull all of it off. Not horrific but not great service, so I won’t be going back.
