I dread interacting with the employees. If I happen to stop by while they are on their smoke breaks or too close to closing time, they treat patrons very poorly for interrupting them. Note: They close 20 minutes before the hour so that they can button everything up by the END of the hour, therefore I don’t understand why the employees become so irritated if someone comes in before closing time? Perhaps they should keep in mind that without customers they wouldn’t be employed, or change the closing time if it’s that much of an annoyance to them. I hope the lack of customer service improves, TNT’s business ethic is deteriorating.
