Critical: Professionalism, ValueHonestly I’m never the type to bash a business but TNT tanning is so unprofessional! I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them. And go to different locations, but a couple weeks ago I went to get a spray tan (I get a spray tan from them weekly) at the Madison location to get a level 3 spray tan and the color did not show at all. I’ve been getting these spray tans for some time and I shouldn’t be white as a ghost after the darkest spray they offer, I spent $30 on. So I call and get a manager and she offered me a free spray tan I said that was completely fine I go in a couple days later and tell them the issue I had before I even go in for my free spray and once again I go spray and come out and same thing. There is something wrong with that specific color or the machine I show them when I walk out I am still white with no color I even offer to come back in a couple hours even though it was instant bronze to show them i am still white. The manager standing right in front of me said that was completely fine, I call back 2 hours later with no color on me STILL and the woman is beyond rude and said she can’t give me a refund and to call corporate because she can’t give me my money back so I do. And also, I go to the painsville location the next day to get a spray tan and the color shows perfectly fine. I call cooperate 8-10 times not once have I gotten a call back, a apology, a explanation just someone to talk to but I do get a $30 check in the mail and a blocked spray tan account so they’ll never allow me to spray with them again because I asked for a refund for them to fix there mistake. I have not damaged property, been rude to an employee, disrespected them or ever in the past 5 years asked for any money back. At this point it’s not about the $30 it’s about how they run a business, a loyal customer who has never had an issue with anything just wanted a mistake fixed and they couldn’t even return one phone call or an explanation but blocked my account from never going there again? PLEASE ! DO NOT GO HERE! They do not care about their customers at all. Critical: QualityTan did not even stick. Went to Tropicana who fixed me up and gave me an actual tan. Paid $35 for nothing. Tropicana said I should get my money back from tnt. Will not be returning.
