Don’t suggest going here for acrylic nails, worst service! when I asked for extra-long nails, the guy nail tech just got angry and began to judge, when I’m paying for it! His attitude was that he was annoyed by me; there were about six people waiting, and I told him that I wanted extra-long nails. Then, when I asked him to add rhinestones at the very end, he responded, “You should have told me long ago, I can only do one,” even though I wanted them on all of my fingers. So, when I got home, I just filed my nails off because I didn’t like the way they looked.

At first I thought, “wow, this place is so pretty.” with the water-feature and all, but then I had my pedicure. As I watched her fill the foot basin without a liner and swirl the tools in a cup of grungy, murky cleaning solution, filled with floaties, I knew I should’ve ran away. I kept thinking, “as long as she doesn’t cut the skin, I’ll be okay ” she cut the hell out of me. My toes are still stinging from assualt. When it was all said and done, they charged me 40 freakin’ bucks when all I had requested was a basic $26 pedicure. She had decided that I needed to pay an extra $13 for gel without mentioning that too me. It may sound silly, but I was unaware of what the process for gel pedicures was since I’ve never had one before. I thought the cool tiny glowy tool they kept putting over my toes was like a mini version of the lamp thing they usually have you put your feet under, but nope, that’s apparently a gel thing. When I was being rung up, the woman at the register told me it’d be $39, explaining it was for the gel I hadn’t asked for. My friend pointed out that I was in fact gel I had gotten, so I agreed to pay, but not before I pointed out that their sign says $36 for gel, bit $39. She said there’s an up-charge because I was using card. Once she ran the card, my receipt said $39 service, plus a $1.17 charge for card, sooooo yep. Overall rating of 0 for being dirty, dishonest, and vicious to my cuticles. ✌ my toes hurt, my feet are still rough, and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that I didn’t just get

It was really nice that they could get us all 4 in at the same time ( we did make an appt the day before). We have tried multiple places here in town and just can’t find one that we can all agree on. I sure wish these guys would massage your legs a little longer. I even said I would give a bigger tip, but that didn’t work. Other than that, the price was great; the painting was done well. And very important…. The chairs worked extremely well, and they didn’t seem to be rushing us! I hate being rushed when I am supposed to be relaxing. We’ll be back. Thank you
