I figured I would give them another try because it was close to my home. So done with this place. The worse pedicure and manicure I have ever had in my life. If I wanted my skin painted I could of had my infant niece do it. A waste of time and money. From now on 1 shot 1 kill. If you can’t get it right the first time there won’t be a second. Very disappointed.

Critical: QualityBoth me and my sister got gel acrylic full sets and I got a pedicure. My sister broke 2 nails the day of where I broke 1 the following day. I asked for ombre nails which they assured me they could do. Not only did they not put clear acrylic under(which maybe it difficult when getting fills because they orange and yellow powder was always visible) but they ombré powders didn’t not blend into an ombre. By the next week my sister had no nails and I was walking around with 2 broken ones. I also got a pedicure which included them painting the gel but he did not clean my cuticles or nails. He cut my nails and painted even though I paid for a gel pedicure. If you want custom nails, do not come here. Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI went with my husband to have his pedicure done. When I asked the lady not to use the opened package she got mad and throw the nail cutter on the basket and walked away. I demanded a new sanitized package then the guy gave it to me . Please be carful when u go there . Ask for new package . The lady was rude with a nasty attitude.Service: Pedicure

Very disappointed ! The tech, which is the owners brother was polite as always BUT the owner’s wife was less than professional. She was immediately upset when she was called from the back to do my nails. She began speaking in their native language but it was apparent she was upset about having to to my nails. She was rude, impatient and vocally expressed in English how she didn’t like that I asked her “politely” to add cool water because the water was extremely hot. She proceeded to turn the cold water on and walked off to complain I guess….but in the meantime the water became too cold. When I asked very softly for her to add more warm water AGAIN.. she spoke in a different language but I could tell it was mean… and she refused to do my pedicure. Not sure if I caught her before lunchtime but she was EVIL for no good reason but thank God the owners brother was VERY nice and pleasant.

Poor service . I’ve been coming here for years ! If your looking for a 10 min basic pedicure where they rush u out the door and leave your feet looking awful then waste ur money here ! I treated my mom here I was so disappointed! The owner said the law says they can use razor , you have to pay more for them to make ur feet look better

Worst pedi ever. If tech took 10 minutes that’s saying something. Clear topcoat and polish all over my toes. Would not recommend the man who works there, I could have done a better job myself. What a joke.
