I’ve never written a review in my entire life, but the experience I just had has left me shaken and was so unbelievably terrible I feel have to. As a cosmetologist and someone who has always worked in customer service, I’m appalled by this business and the treatment I received. First walking in, the acrylic odor was so strong it made me sick, I’ve been in many nail salons and never experienced anything that bad. I asked to turn a fan on, they admitted to having poor ventilation. I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment, not the best but I understand things happen and people run behind sometimes. When I finally sat to get my fill from who seemed to be the owner/ manager, I was sat at a station that still had dirty tools around it which she unfortunately grabbed to use, when I asked if they sterilized their instruments she told me yes but I could still see bits of skin and whatever else on them from the girl before. She proceeded to cut me three times to the point where I bled, and filed into the surround skin where she left two flaps of dead skin just hanging off my fingers like hang nails. She did a quick job of grinding off the old red nail polish I was wearing, left little patches here and there and painted over them with clear acrylic, I now have bits of old polish visibly stuck under a layer of clear acrylic you can see on most nails. When I went to wash my hands my fingers were covered in acrylic, I spent a good minute trying to scrape it all off my skin. I sat for the final polish (black French tip) she did not paint a layer of nude paint to cover any of the lines or things she lefts underneath, just painted the black on and proceeded to smudge it all over. I have grey smudges on every single nail and black nail polish on most fingers. She also didn’t paint the free edges which not only looks bad but will cause the paint to chip easier. I tried to nicely voice some of my concerns but she laughed them off and made excuses for the reasons my nails looked the way they did, even blaming the nail tech who had done them a month ago. I will be sure to tell anyone I can not to go here and hopefully spare them from the experience I just had.

Called at 0930 and was given an appointment for 1230. They were very busy when I arrived. I showed up 15 minutes early, and was taken at my appointment time. Many places make you wait due to over booking so I appreciated the timing.

Just went here for the first time and I’ve already scheduled my next appt! Loan was amazing! She took my sad, beat up acrylics and made them look beautiful again, and quickly too! She did exactly what I wanted without me barely saying anything and *nailed it*. HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking this place out! All the ladies (and the one man working there Haha) seem lovely and joyful It’s a 15/10 for me!

The first time I went here I had a pretty good experience as a walk in for a pedicure so I decided to go back. The second time I made an appointment. 15 min past my appointment time and I asked how much longer it’d be so they sat me. 20 min later the person comes over to start on me. The lady was friendly enough but too soft handed. When they use the cheese grater thingy to get the dead skin off she barely scraped and my heel is gross. My hot stone massage was 2 seconds and her just barely gliding the stones over my legs. Then the “massage” was 2 seconds of her just gently rubbing lotion on my legs. I always tip because I feel bad but $72 is a lot to spend to not be satisfied.

Absolutely love this salon. They are always able to get me in even if I call last minute and are more than happy to help you decide on a color and design. I usually walk in undecided but have multiple photo ideas I like. I show the owner and she works her magic putting them all into something I love. Other times I just say surprise me but add lots of glitter and they are perfect every time. The prices are very reasonable and the service is phenomenal. Thank you.

Excellent pedicure, clean environment, awesome experience. I opted for the basic pedicure but added additional massage (which was amazing) and it so relaxing. My tech did a great job getting a few ingrown nails that were really bothering me from a sub-par pedicure I had a few weeks ago. I will definitely be back but also recommend making a reservation. You won’t be disappointed.
