Had an appt for 9 am for my kids, waited out front until 9:20 and there was no sign of anybody opening up. I made my appointment the day before and spoke to someone on the phone, not sure what happened but not opening your business according to your hours is not how you run a business. Got a cut from Emmitt and couldn’t be happier. Have only been in the greater Austin area for a few years and haven’t really been cool with the haircuts I’ve gotten until now. He took his time and made sure that he didn’t miss anything, made suggestions for how my cut could look even better. Definitely going back when it’s that time again. Easy 5 stars
