My mom is 85 and never had professional pedicure. The woman who gave the pedicure took her time, was gentle and professional. My mom was so happy. She said it was worth the $30.00 and wants to go back monthly.

Waste of my time. Their children and babies in salon and was not able to relax. Still have dead skin on nail beds both hands and feet. 2 hours for hand and feet. Didn’t even apply lotion to feet or legs. First and last visit.

They do the best job of any nail salon in town but they are extremely rude and act like they hate what they do and their consumers as well. The only reason anyone would go back is because of the work they do. I fear their rudeness will eventually put them out of business. Manicure

If you’re black, this is not the place for you. When I first went I thought I was just being impatient. But to go 3 times and get treated the same way every time it’s very obvious. Every single time I went, it took them atleast 30 minutes to ask me what I wanted, and it wasn’t many people in there. They dont talk to you and when they do they’re rude. The worst customer service I’ve ever had hands down. We weren’t even spoken to when we walked in. He just looked at us and waited for us to say what we wanted. Then while we were looking at colors I had a question and he grabbed one of the color rings and threw it on the counter and said “here.” Never spoke a word unless it was to tell us what to do. My friend was talking to me and he tapped her finger and said be still. They do have a large color selection and they did a pretty good job. However, due to the way we were treated I will NEVER be back.

Critical: ValueI was told I could not get my nails filled because I had the color powder on my nails instead of the regular powder. So they wanted to take them off and redo them instead.

We got gel nail polish on our natural nails today and they were very busy and still were able to get to all 3 of us within a hour. The did a really pretty job and have so so many colors to pick from!

Furthermore it took 30 minutes for me to be acknowledged. Tiger was decent but he’s not friendly and the other one seem like he had a problem with black people.
