Critical: QualityI was very disappointed in their service. TNL is over priced for the poor quality work that was provided. I received a full set dip with rhinestones and that took 4 1/2 hours. The nail technician was Ivy and she was very sweet, but she messed up numerous times and had to redo my nails. It seemed as though she was new. The environment was relaxing and the staff was nice, but it is just not worth it. My nails fell off 5 days after getting them done. I got these for my wedding day on Oct. 9, 2020. I went on October 7th and they begin to come off October 12, 2020. I would not recommend this place. I have received better quality and my nails lasted at most 4 weeks at other nail salons. I was very disappointed in their service. TNL is over priced for the poor quality work that was provided. I received a full set dip with rhinestones and that took 4 1/2 hours. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI enjoyed coming here in the past but will not be returning. Had a mani/pedi scheduled for 1:30 and waited 20 min for the manicure to start, which is fine. But then someone new walked in at 2:30 and they took them for a pedicure before they had even started mine. They up doing the wrong pedicure color too and I couldn’t see. I enjoyed coming here in the past but will not be returning. Had a mani/pedi scheduled for 1:30 and waited 20 min for the manicure to start, which is fine. But then someone new walked in at 2:30 and they took them for a pedicure before they had even started mine. They up doing the wrong pedicure color too and I couldn’t see.
