I was there a week ago only because Foxy Nails and tanning (my regular nail tech) was closed. While the pedicure was a good experience, I am disappointed they are already chipping even thought I went with Shellac. I’ve never had them chip so soon when I go to my regular nail salon.

Service was fine but my nails look nothing like the quality of the photos others have posted online. One nail has a speck of glitter stuck in it, and all the lines are different widths. I gave up trying to correct during the appointment because it didn’t help. I am not one to complain but I just feel like my nails did not turn out well at all. She used a bottle that said “hydrating facial oil” on my nails at the end which I think was supposed to mimic cuticle oil. I also bled during the appointment due to the buffer machine and ended up with a patch of white polish left on my finger. Just wish I would’ve gotten the great experience other reviewers have raved about.

I was in Des Moines for a work event last month and treated myself to this newer nail salon on Ingersoll. I got a shellac pedicure and it was amazing! Everyone was kind and personable and made sure I was comfortable before my service started. My technician gave me the BEST foot and calf massage I’ve ever had with a pedicure service. I loved the color of my polish and it looked perfect. The ambiance was very nice, it was quiet, clean and very relaxing. I was going to write my review right away but noticed other reviews mentioned chipping shellac. As I mentioned my service was over a month ago and it has not chipped or peeled at all! Due to nail growth, I am due for another service, but I am so happy the polish has lasted this long and has held up. I wish this salon would have been available while I lived in DSM and I wish I lived closer now to have regular pedicures here! Adding a photo to show what my shellac pedicure looks like 35 days after my service!

Amazing service. So friendly and so talented with their work. Their patience is the best and how they treat their customers as a friend. Continuously engaging in conversation and wanting to hear more about the customer. As well as full filling the customers EVERY need. The complimentary drinks were spot on. The massage chairs for the pedicures, the best thing I have ever tried. And the shellac nails last you so long! Mine lasted a MONTH! and totally healthy for your nails too. Don’t worry about your nails breaking. I totally recommend coming here. Amazing experience and I always look forward to coming back to change up my nails! 15/10!!

My first time at the nail salon a week ago. Where have you been! I love how clean, courtesy and hospitality this plass has class. I moved back to Iowa recently and could not find nothing like Texas nails. Until now prices are good and variety of colors and nails are great.
