I came across T Nails by chance after my former salon decided to up charge me to take my nail polish off (don’t do that to a loyal customer– it wasn’t a mistake either). I’m so pleased I made the switch as T Nails are so friendly, accommodating and professional! My schedule does not always allow me to schedule appointments and Tina is always able to get me in and never rushes my services. They are patient and have high attention to detail! They measure my nails to make sure they’re the same length, the shape is always perfect and the polish is alway beautifully done! True professionals who are experts at their profession and it show in their beautiful work!

I found this place by chance and I’m so very glad I did. So far I’ve gotten my nails done once here and the gel mani has lasted me three weeks and still looks flawless. This is my first exp with gel lasting so long!! My nails usually peel pretty fast so this makes me happy. My nails were previously done at another salon and the lady who helped me here was so careful during the removal process that I had minimal damage. I found the employees kind and friendly and eager to make a personal connection. I’m hoping this will be my salon forever!

Went in for no chip removal and for a no chip manicure. The place is small and it was busy. I wasn’t expecting that given I went early in the morning. Nonetheless, my wait wasn’t very long, about 5 minutes. The person that did my manicure did a great job. I plan to go back but I’d recommend an appointment as walk-ins are turned away if they’re really busy.

I walked in here this morning at opening. I have a wedding tomorrow and was hoping to get either a manicure or a pedicure. I had an appointment about an hour later so I was in a bit of a rush. I did not think I would have time for both, but I asked if it was possible to get both done in a short period of time anyway. They said absolutely and had two girls working on me at the same time to get both done quickly, so I could make where I needed to be on time. I was so grateful for them accommodating me and rushing for me. They also did a pretty good job considering I put a time constraint on them.

Tina is THE BEST! I’ve been going to her for over 15 years, even after moving to Aurora, I still come back to Tina. She always makes time for me, and knows exactly how I want my eyebrows waxed, and does great mani/pedis!!

I had my nails done twice here in one visit. The first time, the lady did not go all the way up to the top of my nail bed, and so it looked like my nails were already grown out by a week. I nicely asked her, long before she finished, if she could fix it. She said yes, so I let her continue. 15 minutes later she told me I was done but all she did was put gloss polish over my nails and did nothing to raise the color. I reminded her that we were going to fix the color and changed her tone and told me to sit with someone else. The second person then grinded down my nails so he could put color closer to the top, but once he did that the color was transparent at the bottom of my nails. I asked him if he could please put more color to fix it, but he only did a few a few nails and then told me I was done. He asked me if everything was okay, and three of them laughed. When I asked the lady at check out if she could fix the two nails, she told me to not be so picky. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and don’t think they treated me properly as a customer. I love getting my nails done, but they made this TWO HOUR experience gruesome for me.
