I don’t usually like leaving a bad review. I understand we all have bad days. There are not many choices in town to have our nails done. I have given this place too many chances, but this was the last one. I called and made an appt for 2:30 to get a Pedi, dip powder, and eyebrows waxed. The pedicure was great. Lady was friendly and careful. Then I was moved to another tech for my nails. She is the one that sits in the front row. She might be the owner. She was just careless and in a rush. While she used the dremel to shape my nails, she cut my cuticles. I understand this happens. I have been getting my nails done since I was very young. But by the time she was done with my nails, she cut 3 of my fingers. And not once did she apologize. I should have asked for a different tech, but I just wanted to get out of there. Save your money and go somewhere else. If they cared for our business, they would put a little more effort into their work.

I hadn’t been to this nail salon in years, and wow….they’ve expanded and the shop is beautiful. My nail tech did a great job on my SNS nails. I appreciated how gentle she was in trying not to tear up my cuticles with the Dremel. I’ll definitely be back. Dip powder

I was happily surprised at how good of a job they did on my nails here! I did wait about 40 mins as a walk (during the holidays) but it was worth it! They did a beautiful job on my dip nails and I’ve gotten so many compliments!

I tried this salon for the first time. The lady tried to argue with me that she couldn’t put a tip on my real nail because I wouldn’t let them cut them (I’m trying to grow them out to do a layover on my real nails) after telling her what I was trying to do and that she could do what I was asking she put the tips on. She glued three tips on crooked. I asked her to fix it and she only fixed one and he the process broke off my real nail. She then processed to do the rest of applying the acrylic. When it got time to use the drill she went against my cuticle so much she cut my cuticle. She spent 30 minutes on one hand with the drill and then proceeded to go to my other hand and rushed through it. At this point I made her stop and another lady came to finish and try to make the situation better. Then she asked me about the shape of my nails. I told her I wanted them super square and the corners sharp (I don’t get my nails done every two weeks so the corners get very rounded) I told her that the shape the first lady did was good unless she could get them more square. She then tried to make them more square but tried to turn them into coffin shape. I told her three times I wanted super square not coffin shape. They tried to tell me I needed to pay $48 for take off and a new set. After my experience I told them that I was not paying that price and listed my reasons why. Out of the 20 years that I have been getting my nails done, this was the worse experience ever getting them done. I will NOT recommend this salon to anyone. I will NOT go back to this salon. I chosen this salon based off the reviews but after my experience I would have to draw the conclusion that they most of done some of their own five star ratings. I will search for a different nail salon.
