The nail service is great but the wait is long. This is especially true on the weekends. I still love my nails and the price is more expensive than GA but common price for around TN. I would say call first but I did that and couldn’t get a time estimate. Everyone is super nice and accommodating.

It took 2 hours for a gel mani. The lady (Kim) was obviously on something. She was more worried about getting her bluetooth speaker to work than her job. My cuticles were coated in gel. I could have paid my niece half the price and look twice as good. I won’t be back. Pedicure

Critical: Quality, ValueI hate complaining but this was horrible…Ms Le Hang was rushed…she did not put enough coats of dip on to hide the shadow of the natural nail, left the top coat on without filing the excess back from skin, and she did not clean from under the nails. The pedicure was not done correctly either noThing was trimmed around the nail, polish was scantly used, polish all over skin on toes and not completely covering the nail. I hate complaining but this was horrible…Ms Le Hang was rushed…she did not put enough coats of dip on to hide the shadow of the natural nail, left the top coat on without filing the excess back from skin, and she did not clean from under the nails. The pedicure was not done correctly either noThing was trimmed around the nail, polish was scantly used, polish all over skin on toes and not completely covering the nail. I went and got my nails done and a few days later my polish started chipping bad. I went back and they fixed it but the owner was rude and made no eye contact no smile no nothing even though I was being friendly and trying to have conversation you could just tell she wanted me out and didn’t care. I paid a decent price for my pedicure and getting my nails filled in and polish change and tipped well so me having to find time to go back up there to get it fixed, I should’ve been the one in a bad mood. They are always rushed and don’t care about the quality
