I went for the first time today. Right upon entering I noticed how clean and calming the atmosphere was. No glaring lights, no blaring music. Lilly gave me a pedicure and foot/leg massage. Went in for a pedicure and SNS. I had no idea it would be so expensive. I’ve been getting my nails done for years by some of these people, but it has gotten worse. They rack on charges for things that I’ve never experienced before at other salons . The color is not what I showed them. The guy was rushing and did a mediocre job leaving big humps on most of my nails with the backs not blended into my cuticles. My appt was at 6 and didn’t get seen until nearly 7. We left around 8:30. The price for what I got was ridiculous.

Love this place. I got a pedicure and my toe still hurt afterwards, they got me right in and did an amazing job with fixing my nail that hurt. Free of charge. I started going here about 3 months ago and I haven’t had a bad experience yet! I will continue going!

This business has a good rating however I don’t understand where I walked into when I got my nails done here. I was cut twice by two different technicians one on my toe and the other on my thumb at the cuticle. The simple heart nail design that was done on my daughter’s nails was messed up on two nails and when she tried to get the technician to fix the mistake she acted as though she couldn’t understand her. My other daughter did not get the service that she had requested and and yet again when she tried to correct the mistake they acted as though they couldn’t understand her either. When I looked at my receipt after I had left I saw that they had given themselves a $38 tip which was way more than the 15% tip that I had authorized. This business is a scam and a rip off and their quality is subpar to say the least. All in all I paid $149 for a completely mediocre experience. The only thing good about it was the business itself looks nice on the inside and the massage chairs were a plus and for the record make sure that you check your receipt just because you authorize a 15% tip does not mean that both technicians get 15% each. That 15% was for the total cost of the bill. My advice is don’t let two different nail techs do your nails.

This place did my friend so dirty and her nails look terrible. They won’t even bother to fix them for them, so DO NOT recommend going to see them. Terrible if i could give 0 stars, I would.
