I loved the service everyone was very nice except one lady her name was Jesse. She was very rude towards me and my dad and the other two young lady’s we came inside the store with. It was about 3:40pm. She kept reminding us that it was going to be a while before they get to us as if she wanted us to just leave. Extremely rude and almost made us want to leave, but we stayed and tried to enjoy the service. What stood out is We noticed that other people came in after us and did not get that same unwelcoming treatment..Maybe color played a role ♂️ after she left we enjoyed our service and everyone else treated us well…. Maybe she had some personal things going on outside of work ♂️

I went to get a pedicure here earlier today and i was really disappointed on how uncomfortable I was made to feel and how unprofessional my service was. I asked for a standard pedicure with no gel. I was asked multiple times throughout my service if I was sure I did not want gel or deluxe pedicure. I want to say about 4-5 times. Another associate even came while I was getting my pedicure to ask me again. It was to the point where I kindly stated how unprofessional they are being and how uncomfortable it was making me feel. I had a friend come with me who had decided on gel and the associate who was taking care of me kept making comments on how I need to do gel too.

It was all good at first, but now it seems that I can never be seen by Jessi, who no longer takes appointments for some reason. I’ve tried 4 times, even as a walk-in, but I guess I should just take the hint at this point. Maybe she’s still in her feelings, because I didn’t say “please” the last time I asked her to round the corners of my nails. Or perhaps, I’m just not as good of a tipper as I thought I was, oh well… lol.
