recently I got an ombré set done and absolutely love them! The owner (man) did them and did an awesome job. I was lucky enough to come at a time it wasn’t busy so he was able to have full focus on my nails. This set was 80$ a little pricy yes but in my opinion you’re paying for someone’s time and skill so for this set I believe it was worth it. Also wanted to point out the pedicures here are amazing!! She gives an excellent massage and paints them wonderfully

Only two staff, which was obviously unable to keep up with demand. One person left rather than wait 30 minutes. The owner was friendly with a great sense of humor. His wife did a good job on the nails but hurried and seemed rushed.

I went the first time and my gel nails were uneven and the paint only lasted 3 days and normally my gel at other places lasts about two weeks. I went in and they refused to fix them without repaying. It’s been a few months and I’m pushed for time. I called to request the price for a fill in and they refused to tell me a starting price. I asked why and he said they would let me know when they finished my nails. I told him I just wanting to know a starting price before I came in. He recommended I not come in then. Now I’m very pleasant on the phone normally and never leave bad reviews, but I was so shocked at this conversation I had to share especially with a previous bad experience.

Critical: QualityI’m not normally one to leave a review but I feel like I need to today. I decided to try TM nails for the first time today after work. From the second I walked in, the staff was rather hostile. I spoke about where I normally go and the both of the questioned me for my choice. He then continued to bash the location, telling me he’s never work there. After waiting about 30-40 minutes to start, I was seated with the woman. She was very aggressive when I asked if my color was correct, because It seemed different than the sample. After the first coat, I verified That my nails but come out the color of that sample and that this polish was not just aglitter coat on top of another color(which happens). She was very rude again. She was also very forceful the whole time she was doing my nails and did not use clean tools. I watched her with two other clients and we all go the same, dirty tools. She was finishing up and managed to cut my cuticle, not a big deal, but painful. I wouldn’t recommend this place and will not be going back. If you get a pedicure for the massage like I do, go somewhere else. I asked a worker which pedi came with the best massage before deciding and of course they recommended the “Signature” (I believe that was what it was called) that was $70. What a waste of money. What little massage there was, couldn’t even be described as that. The lady did a very good job painting my nails though. FYI, they charge a 5% fee for all card use so bring cash if you decide to go here.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They charged my mom $97 for a mani pedi. The guy left polish all over her cuticles and when she asked them to clean it up he said it would be another $15!! He then told her he would charge her an extra 5% if she used her credit card and she still gave them a tip! They took complete advantage of her. Go to any other nail salon in crossville.

Very rude and arrogant as the other reviews have stated. I asked the price of dipped nails as he started my nails and he said I will tell you after. I stopped and demanded to know the price. He told me $75 for the same thing that I get for $35 or $40! He continued to say how great he was and how confident he was in his work.. Blah blah. Clipped the nails off that he had started when I said nevermind but refused to soak the tips off unless I paid 10 freakin dollars. Ive seen the work… Its not worth it y’all!

The owners wife did my Acrylic Nails and went against everything I wanted in my full set.. She clipped them shorter than I wanted because she thought it would better suit me. Then the Acrylic didn’t fully cover my nail and once I pointed it out sand asked her to fix she argued that she couldn’t and left them. I was fed up and decided not even to let her paint them since they weren’t even done nice and she proceeded to charge me $80 for an unpainted set. When I told her it wasn’t right to charge that much for an undone set she argued then finally only took off $5 from my total.
