Services include 1) Internal Medicine where our patient clients get the benefit of ease of availability in a very small intimate un-rushed boutique style of practice** 2) Aesthetic Medicine where all cosmetic dermatology treatments are administered by a medical care provider rather than technicians and most are provided personally by Dr Jacobson. 3) Feminine Rejuvenation easing the issues of bladder leakage, vaginal dryness, laxity and more. **Membership is NOT required for aesthetic and feminine rejuvenation care. Membership is required for internal medicine/primary care. TLJ Aesthetics, caring for you inside and out!

Belotero Soft Tissue Filler
Belotero improves very superficial lines and wrinkles and improves the appearance of bags and circles beneath the eyes.
Botox
Botox cosmetic for prevention, reduction and elimination of unwanted frown lines, smile lines and wrinkles. Also improves the appearance of the neck, chin and lower face.
Broad Band Light (BBL)
The most recent and advanced version of Intense Pulse Light (IPL) to even brown and red pigment, treat rosacea, acne and actually change the way your skin ages with Forever Young BBL protocol.
Chemical Peels
Medical strength chemical peels to improve pigment and texture of the skin. Ideal as well for uneven brown spots and skin pigment of melasma.
Collagen Induction Therapy / Microneedling with PRP
Collagen Induction Therapy is an in office treatment that harnesses your own blood’s growth factors (plasma rich protein) to improve the collagen in the skin for an overall improved texture and taughtness of the skin. The most common areas treated are face, neck and chest.
Dysport
Dysport is an alternative to Botox Cosmetic for the prevention, reduction and elimination of unwanted frown lines, smile lines and wrinkles. Also improves the appearance of the neck, chin and lower face.
Halo
The first and only fractional ablative and non-ablative laser to improve pores, lines and wrinkles, scars as well as even brown and red pigment.

Terry at TLJ is truly excellent at what she does. I couldn’t be happier with my results. Good tear trough artists are hard to come by, but Terry has the technique down to a science. You don’t have to worry about coming out with bulging bumps or an uneven texture under your eyes! During our initial consultation, she was clear and transparent about what to expect and knew how to achieve the natural look I wanted. I trust she would never push services or procedures which she didn’t believe were necessary to achieve my desired outcome because she actually advised against an additional service I was considering, which would have brought her more revenue, in order to make sure I got the look I truly wanted. The secrets rewards program is great, and such a deal if you’re planning on getting multiple services or have a longer-term beauty goals. Their Instagram is a great place to look at before/after photos of a variety of services. So glad I found TLJ and their lovely team!

I finally made an appt to see Dr J after spending years being too scared to get any fillers, Botox, etc. I was put at ease by the super friendly staff. I have been seeing her for almost 2 years now and will not go anywhere else! She always has great advice and will not let you do anything that will look funky or overdone. Her goal is to just make you look like a more refreshed version of yourself. Trust me, just make the appointment! You won’t regret it!!

Staff was friendly, only misgendered once or twice (a low bar as it is), but after three laser hair removal sessions on my face I have seen barely any difference nearly 6 months later. Feels like I have thrown away a bunch of money just to have my gender dysphoria worsened. I will not be adding photos for this reason. Laser hair removal

TLJ Aesthetics is incredible! Everyone is truly wonderful, friendly, and caring. Dr. Jacobson is extremely meticulous and I love it! I had lip filler done someplace else (it was awful!) Dr. Jacobson dissolved, corrected, refilled and let me tell you the borders and shape are perfection! My Botox, filler, and skin have never looked better. Dr. Jacobson has stopped my teeth grinding/clenching and relieved the associated jaw pain(who knew Botox could correct this?!).
