This place is the worse at keeping appointments I had an appointment at 1 and they let me soak my nails for 30min before putting me in a pedicure chair and sat there an waited until I left at 1:50 to go to another salon. Why did they even make my appointment if they couldn’t do it. I let them pick the time when I called in during the morning.

The customer service was trash. Literally smacked your hands to move them away and didn’t even put at least a fan to dry my nails. I asked for long ended with short nails and tried to charge me more for that. When I asked a question the ladies would talk amongst themselves and not answer. I honestly believe any other nail salon has better customer service than here. Oh and I almost forgot shawty went to go eat while she was doing my nails!

Well when they set their timer for the leg massage and leave to answer the phone left not much time for the massage. Plus the short massage I got was very very poor. Been going there for about 6 years, I think it’s time to change.

I went to this nail shop on December 30th. I asked for a short full set and I asked for a square shape. Amy was the technician who did my nails. My nails were horrible. My nails were thin and narrow. And the shape was coffin. I have never seen short coffin nails. You could see the my actual nail on the sides. She didn’t even put enough acrylic on my nails to cover the whole nail. When I told Amy about all the problems, she acted as though she didn’t understand what I was complaining about.
