My grandmother and I were walk-in customers and they serviced us quickly and efficiently. All of the staff were polite and friendly. John I believe did my acrylic fill, he was very attentive and did a fantastic job. I don’t know the name of the tech who helped my grandma, but she was also nice and efficient. My grandma got a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. They both did a great job, we highly recommend!!

I went to them before had no problems. I went there to get my nails done for a wedding and I left very upset. In the first place I did not want gel nail polish. I just had to do a before and after because this is very upsetting. I left the salon very satisfied with my nails HOURS LATER I went home and took a shower I got out and seen my nails peeled up with bubbles formed in the nails mind you this is gel. Gel is suppose to last longer than regular polish I will like a refund or a new service for free this is ridiculous.

She was very lost it took about 20 mins for her to even start my pedicure while i was sitting down. I asked her not to cut my nails and she said she would file them and barely did i had to go home and shape and file all my nails my self. Not to mention she attempted to remove my ingrown from my big toes and left them half cut which are now hurting a lot and nail polish left all over my skin. I have been to this salon many time and havent had a bad experience until yesterday. I paid and i asked to put the tip on the car and she told me “I wont get the tip until my pay day” ??? I’ve been going to TLC regularly for the past 6 months and have always had a great experience. John is very detail oriented and has changed my nails for the better. I came to him with absolutely no nails and now they are healthy, strong and longer than ever. Today I had to have them cut down which I’ve never been able to say before. Highly recommend this salon! Yes it’s a Friday and I got accompanied last min but I got the service of last min. Was told 15-20 mins was waiting 45 mins . They filled the water and I sat in it until it got kinda cold. I got gel pedi. The gel is all on the Cuticles The left toe nails are all crooked.
