I got my nails done today and it was absolutely terrible. My nails were bumpy, and the color was unsaturated and patchy. Both gel mani and pedi. I reached out to the owner Darby and he was amazingly helpful and did everything he could to make sure I felt taken care of and satisfied. He told me to go back to the salon even though it would be awkward and get a full refund. When I showed up the other owner Sun, was incredibly rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I paid 94.52 and she refunded me 92.00 which makes no sense but wasn’t worth arguing over. She made me feel like it was my fault and I felt embarrassed for going back. I will not be returning.

It takes a lot for me to commit to a nail salon but this place has always given me a reason to keep coming back! My daughter and I have been coming here for several years. I always leave feeling my money was well spent with quality work whether it’s nails or a pedicure. I love the color selection and their commitment to making happy customers. Five stars all the way!!

I’ve used this salon for around 3 years and I’ve always had wonderful experiences here. I usually go for acrylic nails and a pedicure here and there. They’ve always been polite, professional and my nails have always looked amazing. I’ve also never had an issue with lifting and have never lost a nail. I’ve also been to probably every tech in the salon and the work has been consistent across techs.

Not the worst nails I’ve ever gotten done but the worst service experience at a nail salon. I regret not listening to the other reviews posted here and I wish I remembered her name but wow. just. incredibly rude. Not only was she basically sneering at me when I was overly nice to her but she was super rough with my hands, to the point where my cuticles were inflamed after I left. To top it all off, she had zero clue what she was doing. She refused to fix anything I pointed out. I left with crooked nail extensions, a pretty awful application, and dip powder on the cuticles and my fingers. Yet, she still had the nerve to be cocky and rude (like everyone else working there) up to the moment I paid. And I still tipped well on an overcharged, less than mediocre dip powder service.

Quality service. Sun is one of my absolute faves. She knows exactly how I like my nails and they are perfect everytime. Others have helped me there before as well but I try to book appointments whenever possible with Sun.

I used this salon today and I’ve very disappointed!! None of my nails and even, different lengths, different shapes. One of my thumbs is round and the other is square. The nail on my middle finger lifted because the tip they used was too small for my hair so it pops up during service. I saw my nail tech look at it and did nothing. The nails are bumpy too. I will not be returning!!

I have been going to TLC nails for about 5 years now and I have always been very satisfied with the services . Sun always makes sure I’m pleased before I leave ( also good conversation) and her husband Darby is always pleasant to encounter . It is like being around a family at this point . I highly recommend TLC nails for your nails needs 🙂 .

The customer service is horrible. I gave this place quite a few chances. I always made an appointment and constantly would go in and find the person I booked with recently starting to work on someone else. I would then be forced to wait or handed off to someone else I didn’t book with. Like what’s the point of making an appointment? No apology and no acknowledgment. They need to do better

This was not a goid experience. The manager and owner verbally attacked me after I agreed with information that the tech was sharing with me. Instead of her deescalating the situation after I reminded her that I was the customer she continued to verbally attack me. She was unprofessional and disrespectful to me. I will never return to that spa. If her staff had treated me the way she did they would have been coached or terminated. Just because your are in a position of authority doesn’t give you a pass to be disrespectful or unprofessional. You se t the tone.
