Always wonderful service. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. Jackie Yuna Gloria and Judy are the best. Very clean and relaxing environment. Often times nail salons are always dusty. Polishes are settled and out dated. TLC is very updated and comfortable. Great quality service for very reasonable prices! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have numerous complaints about the materials and service of this salon. Firstly, my nails were put on horribly and done horrible, the color did not match whatsoever, and what is worst of all is that the nails fell apart in no way i have seen before. I got acrylics done on my nails and the nail piece peeled away from the uv gel on top and slowly within two days of getting them done they started snapping off. by the end of the week all my nails were broken. And the nails were way overpriced for what I had gotten. the most acrylic nails should be is around 50$ while these were $90. Along with me a friends nails did the same thing and another friend got gel. Her nails started getting bleach spots three days in on all her nails. This salon is overpriced for their not good quality service or materials and I would NEVER go here again or recommend this place to anyone.I have numerous complaints about the materials and service of this salon. I’ve been coming here since it opened, and I continue to come because my manicurist is awesome. The pedicure chairs are in serious need of an upgrade…so worn and uncomfortable…. and please start using tub liners like other area salons do.

I’ve been to various nail salons. I’m very particular in customer service and quality for the price I’m paying. This place is HORRIBLE. I asked how much it was to take my tips off and they said $20. It’s ridiculous I’ve never been to a nail salon that charged that much to take acrylics off. Customer service is also very unpleasant.
