The lady that answers the phone is very welcoming, but when I went in for my *appointment* the hairdresser didn’t want to give me the haircut I asked for (V-shaped in the back) because the “sides would be shorter”. She was super aggressive and made me feel embarrassed for asking for a haircut. I have shoulder length, all one length hair, it wouldn’t have been a big job. I got scared and left.
