It’s not a fancy, glamorous place nor is it drab n dingy. Like Goldilocks it’s “just right” for me. I always leave feeling satisfied and as if I was their only customer. If there’s anything that needs touching up or re-done all I have to do is ask. The technicians are all hard working and try their best to make you happy. If there’s a language barrier, I always have fun “sharading” with them. They’re are clean and affordable.

The spa pedi was great but I had to rush and just color change on my nails. Now I get gel b/c I need it to last at least the week. My gel nail polish literally peeled off my nails w/in 3 days. It was like one of those kid polishes you paint and peel. I was so disappointed because I actually kinda like this place and wanted to return back but I don’t like my money to be wasted.

Took my kids to get pedicures and my son didn’t get the pedicure I paid for and when I said something the manager was very rude he said I should not speak for my son that if he didn’t say anything then that meant he was fine. I said he doesn’t know what he should be getting. & said I would get no discount even if it was wrong. He actually was the worst part of the experience. I will never go back there very disappointed in the way I was treated when I was spending so much.

Im going to be completely honest and say maybe its just me but i feel like this place really only cares about money. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure with two other family members. My pedicure was done rather rushed and my manicure was fine, so i thought. (There were streaks on polish left on the top of hand, which i know is not a big deal but im retelling my experience with detail). Not even a few hours later, the polish on two of my toes chipped off. Whatever, i can paint over it i guess. Then about 3 days later, the gel on my hands start to chip and lift. I have to say i was pretty disappointed with the whole experience, especially for the price that was paid. The other two people who went in with me were completely satisfied, with their polish still very much intact, so maybe i was the lucky winner. Regardless, since its not about their experience but mine, ill close with one final statement: If you want a large and convenient nail salon that will take you pretty quickly, this is the place. However, the quality was extremely lacking.

I’ll be generous if my manicure took 10 minutes to complete. No cleaning of nails, no base coat. Nothing! I wasted my $ here. I have never left a review on a place but this one was so horrible and rips you off with what they call a “service.”

I have been coming to this place for years and shame on me. I could never understand why the workers are always rude and seem so unhappy. Well, it’s because the owners are rude and unhappy. They treat their customers with no respect specifically African Americans. The owners and a few of the workers are uneducated, unprofessional, and would benefit from taking a few courses on how to exhibit positive behavior in a work environment.Fortunately, I was able to find another nail spa in the area called Sparkle Nails and they are AWESOME!!! They are professional and know how to treat their customers.
