The service today was wonderful! I used to come here as a little girl with my mom, before the business changed hands. The staff was extremely friendly, and when I couldn’t decide on what I wanted to do for my gel manicure, the women who was to do my nails showed a me a picture of a previous client’s nails, and asked if I would like my nails done similar; which I did! She took her time and made sure my nails were even, and set. I will absolutely be returning for a fill when it’s needed!

Would give a 0 if I could. Asked for the orange and brown left with the pink with gems. Completely not what I asked for. When Tommy told me why he couldn’t do that on my nails (said he could at first and when it wasn’t coming out right made excuses) he said it was because my nails were too short and that it wouldn’t look good ( I didn’t ask his opinion on how he thought they’d look I asked him to do my nails the way I wanted and instead he took it upon himself to make them look “better”). Extremely unprofessional was there for 2 hours for my nails to be completely different from what I wanted. When I tried to address this on one of his Facebook posts for the shop my comments were deleted. Not to mention my mom and I were giving this shop a second chance because Tommy the owner told my mom her nails were ugly the first time. Also while we were there Tommy went into the back and popped a pimple and came to work on someone’s nails while blood was dripping down his face.

Today I had Savannah give me a gel manicure. WOW what a treat!,, She was fantastic! First time I walked out of a nail salon not looking like I had 2 weeks growth! She was gentle and sweet. I never once felt the heat of the drill. So gentle with the cuticle cutters. It was a pleasant experience, The owner gave me 2 great designs! I’m so happy! Thank you Savannah, I will see you soon!,,

Had a great pedi, in fact the service was very good. But as I checked out, the young guy asked to see my finger nails, they were done for my wedding 4 days before.
