I went in Sept 3rd with 3 others. The oldest man in there was my tech. We all got a basic pedi with gel.he rushed thru the service..didn’t want to use the shaver on my calluses..he just buffed my feet with a pumice stone for 20 seconds and said put your foot back in the water. My other friends were getting the shaver so I asked him to do it..he told me NO..proceeded to argue that it was not part of a basic pedi but my friends were getting it..so he did it grudgingly.

I have been going to this shop for 5 1/2 years. It was recently overtaken by new owners. The first time I went since new ownership was ok. The older lady that does my pedicures is great (she stayed on from old owners). I went back a second time and my nails were nothing like I was wanting. Third time, I call and make an appointment for when I get off work, i get there at 550 as I told her I would, they don’t close until 7 and the sign is off and door is locked. Leo came out and I told him I had an appointment he asked my name, apologized, and asked me to come back tomorrow. I told him I couldn’t and he shrugged . I just walled away. I will not be going back.

I seriously loved this nail salon. The staff were friendly, the place was clean. The prices were also very reasonable. The inside is so unexpected. Nice people who laugh and talk with all of the customers.

Absolute worse experience ever. Went in to get 2 nails fixed after having them done 1 week ago. 1) the acrylic was lifting on my left thumb. 2) acrylic was cracked on right pinky. Both nails were in tact under the overlay. The nail tech chose to remove the overlay from both nails with a fake tip. He used it to rip the overlay from my nail bed. He broke the pinky nail and literally peeled my thumb nail off. The thumb nail was so damaged that the UV light burned really badly. I have NEVER had that happen. I told him several times about the pain and he blamed it on my nails being thin. He added tips to both nails that he broke and the shape of the two nails that he “fixed” did not match the other nails. When I asked him to better shape the nails, he told me they didn’t match because my set was old. He asked me who did my nails. I told him Andy, who also worked there and he laughed. I spent $15. They look horrible and I’m in pain. I miss the old owners. Their quality of work was wayyyy better
