Came here for a French tip and over time the owner gradually keep adding more money to my service and then, in front of everyone, repeatedly asked if I was willing to tip more and I repeatedly told her that was not a problem I would just like for the service I asked. She also kept stating that she remembered me from a time before when I don’t even come to this location often and the last time I was there I received a basic French tip like I asked and there was no problem. Not sure if she mistaken me for someone else but the service was rude and unprofessional. Will not recommend and will not be back.

First time I tried this place I waited 2.5 hours even though I called ahead and was told to come in. I was upset but my nails came out nice so I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake. My nails are super thick and the color is horrible. It looks nothing like the color I picked. The lady who did my nails even asked me to help her glue the fake nail on at one point. For $70 I expect a lot better. I definitely won’t be back

I went in on a Saturday around 2pm for a pedicure. I asked if the wait was long, and someone replied to pick my color and they’d be with me soon. They put me in a chair (without a sanitary bag) about 5 mins later, but I wasn’t actually seen until 30 mins later. The woman cutting my nails cut too far into the side of my big toe, and when I told her it hurt didn’t reply or really react. I developed an infection the next day and it hurts to walk on. Needless to say I will not be back, and they should work on their sanitation and nail cutting practices.

Changing from my last review. First I gave 4 stars now 2. Changing employees too much and Kim is random with her prices. Even though it’s a BIG ASS sign on the front window for a full set is $18 but wanted me to pay $25. They tried to tell me says Monday to Thursday but we looked and no it does not. So I had to freaking negotiate! $45 smh. Tried to say $25 because I got round nails. Oh so if I got square it’s $18. Then $25 for pedicure. Ok. I’d rather spend $50 if the service and technique was flawless!!! I’m disputing the charge. Let me go back to my Detroit hustlers.
